John Michael Poulin | Lead Pastor

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Calvary Baptist Church. My name is John Michael Poulin, and I have the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your family personally.

We believe that the church is more than a place we attend on Sunday. The church is a family of believers who have been brought together by Jesus Christ. It is a place where we worship God, study His Word, encourage one another, and grow together in our walk with Christ.

At Calvary, our desire is to be a church “Where the Love of Christ Is Found.” We believe that the greatest expression of God’s love is found in Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that sinners like us could be reconciled to God. That truth shapes everything we do. We want to be a church that faithfully teaches God’s Word, loves one another, makes disciples, and shares the gospel with our community and the world.

We are one church in two languages, English and Spanish, united by one Lord, one faith, and one gospel. Although we come from different backgrounds and cultures, our unity is found in Jesus Christ.

Whether you are searching for answers about Jesus, looking for a church family, or simply wanting to grow in your understanding of God’s Word, we would love for you to join us. We don’t claim to be a perfect church. We are a people who desperately need God’s grace and who desire to know Christ more and follow Him faithfully.

I look forward to meeting you and your family and hope you will come worship with us soon!
