Our Identity

 

Calvary Baptist Church is local visible body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ. We are an autonomous church, meaning that we self-governed—yet—we associate and cooperate with other Baptist churches for fellowship and to advance the gospel for the glory of Christ! 

 

Our Partnerships

 

Calvary Baptist Church has a dually aligned partnership, meaning that we partner with the Baptist Missionary Association of America (BMAA) and the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). We believe that these partnerships are biblical and help us accomplish the great commission. Our unity with the BMAA and the SBC is based on our shared confessions (the BMAA Doctrinal Statement and the Baptist Faith and Message 2000) and our shared commitment to “go into all the world and preach the gospel.”
